RADIANT CUP is a collaboration between Vodafone Italy and Valorant.
College students from around the nation can sign up to compete in Valorant, a free-to-play shooter video game developed and published by Riot Games.
I was responsible for designing and creating the visual identity to represent the tournament.
GLORIOUS / PRESTIGE
The main goal was to create a glorious and prestigious identity for the tournament, giving a sense of heritage and futuristic mood.
Using shields, banners, and borders felt appropriate because would help the audience identify it as a tournament.

Edgy
To add the edgy and hardcore mood, I mixed two distinguished typographies. Both san serif fonts, because readability was one big concern since the logo would be presented in multiple platforms and formats.
Valorant Language
Mixing the typography with some key styles used in the game did the perfect bridge between the logo and the Valorant universe.
I focused on futuristic elements and typographic effects.
